![]() I don't know if this is an issue that's exclusive to wireless devices, but so far, my two wireless devices are having this problem. The devices themselves work fine without the drivers, but I'd like to be able to customize my hardware using the provided driver software. I go into the Logitech Options driver software, and the software will say no unifying receiver is detected. I have the wireless unifying receiver plugged into my PC. This is the same exact problem with my wireless Logitech MX Master 3 mouse. However, when I try to find it in the product driver software (SteelSeries Engine) so that I can toggle with the settings, nothing is detected. I am able to toggle between the headphones in the sound settings. It shows up in my device manager exactly as expected. There is a transmitter base station that connects wirelessly to the headset. For example, I have a SteelSeries Arctic Pro Wireless gaming headset. Everything works great! The only problem is that the PC has issues detecting certain USB devices in the driver software. I have a very interesting problem that I can't find information about anywhere on the internet.
